  • No refunds or credits after work is started/completed.  

  • The certificate must be used within 2 years.

  • Certificates are not transferable.

LABOR GUARANTEE:  Our labor is 100% guaranteed within 30 days of initial service.  #1 goal is to meet the client's satisfaction.  Should a part or fixture stop working or malfunction, please contact the manufacturer right away.  

MANUFACTURES PARTS:  DSA Electric uses only, quality, up-to-code parts and material or per plan.  We are not responsible for the malfunction, damage, or failure of a manufacturer's parts, material, devices, fixtures, or special order items.   All fixtures are as per plan or per client instructions.  

RESTOCKING:  Restocking or return fees will be charged for items clients wish to return.  Special orders are not returnable.
